Response data is stored securely on VeySur's servers. You can export your data at any time in CSV or JSON format from the survey results page.

This depends on your survey settings. You can enable partial responses so respondents can return and complete the survey using the same link.

Open the survey in the editor, go to Settings, and change the status to 'Closed'. Respondents who visit the link will see a closed message instead of the survey.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from the billing section of your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed at the new plan rate. You will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused days remaining in your current billing period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.

Go to Account settings → Billing and click 'Cancel subscription'. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Yes. Response data is only accessible to the survey owner and authorised team members. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Yes. By default surveys do not collect respondent identity. You can optionally require login or collect email addresses if your use case requires it.
